PP電磁閥是聚丙烯一種熱塑性塑料材質(zhì)，有優(yōu)良的耐酸堿耐蝕性，對(duì)非氧化性的酸（如稀硫酸、鹽酸、氫氟酸）、稀硝酸、堿 和鹽溶液都有良好的耐蝕性，耐大多數(shù)的有機(jī)和無(wú)機(jī)酸、堿、鹽類，耐常溫下的多種有機(jī)溶劑。耐溫性高，采用PP材料制造的 聚丙烯PP電磁閥。

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：

聚丙烯PP電磁閥，是由一種半結(jié)晶的熱塑性塑料制造而成，外觀呈淡乳白色，具有良好的耐熱性，能在100℃高溫進(jìn)行消毒滅 菌，在不受外力的情況下，150℃也不變形；具有較好的耐沖擊性，機(jī)械性質(zhì)強(qiáng)韌，抗各種腐蝕介質(zhì)耐酸堿，長(zhǎng)期使用在80℃ 以下能耐除氧化性外的一般無(wú)機(jī)酸、堿、鹽、氣體、水等的腐蝕流體。它對(duì)極性有機(jī)溶劑和強(qiáng)極性的羧酸、醇類有較大的抗溶劑 能力。少數(shù)氧化性酸在濃度較高時(shí)對(duì)其有較大的腐蝕作用。有一定的剛度和強(qiáng)度，適用溫度為0～80℃

 常閉：當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯吸合，先導(dǎo)孔打開(kāi)，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)，電磁閥打開(kāi)；當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)，先導(dǎo) 閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關(guān)閉。 常開(kāi)：當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關(guān)閉。當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧 復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔打開(kāi)，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)，電磁閥打開(kāi)。
