PP電磁閥是聚丙烯一種熱塑性塑料材質，有優(yōu)良的耐酸堿耐蝕性，對非氧化性的酸（如稀硫酸、鹽酸、氫氟酸）、稀硝酸、堿 和鹽溶液都有良好的耐蝕性，耐大多數(shù)的有機和無機酸、堿、鹽類，耐常溫下的多種有機溶劑。耐溫性高，采用PP材料制造的 聚丙烯PP電磁閥。

產品特點：

聚丙烯PP電磁閥，是由一種半結晶的熱塑性塑料制造而成，外觀呈淡乳白色，具有良好的耐熱性，能在100℃高溫進行消毒滅 菌，在不受外力的情況下，150℃也不變形；具有較好的耐沖擊性，機械性質強韌，抗各種腐蝕介質耐酸堿，長期使用在80℃ 以下能耐除氧化性外的一般無機酸、堿、鹽、氣體、水等的腐蝕流體。它對極性有機溶劑和強極性的羧酸、醇類有較大的抗溶劑 能力。少數(shù)氧化性酸在濃度較高時對其有較大的腐蝕作用。有一定的剛度和強度，適用溫度為0～80℃

PP化工電磁閥工作原理：

 常閉：當線圈通電時，先導閥芯吸合，先導孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質壓力推動，電磁閥打開；當線圈斷電時，先導 閥芯靠彈簧復位，先導孔關閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關閉。 常開：當線圈通電時，先導孔關閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關閉。當線圈斷電時，先導閥芯靠彈簧 復位，先導孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質壓力推動，電磁閥打開。
